昨天有位老鐵問老編：引水梯的邊繩粗度要求是多少厘米？

老編告訴他，不少于18毫米。

他接著講，他們船靠泊澳大利亞，土澳的PSC用卡尺卡邊繩，不是20mm的就會被記錄缺陷，問：這個是咋回事？

如果事實如此，這個PSC也是個狠人??！

引水梯繩子的粗度涉及到兩根，一個是邊繩，一個是扶手繩。

邊繩的要求位于Res.A.1045(27)的第2.2.1條： The side ropes of the pilot ladder should consist of two uncovered ropes not less than 18 mm in diameter on each side and should be continuous, with no joints and have a breaking strength of at least 24 Kilo Newtons per side rope. The two side ropes should each consist of one continuous length of rope, the midpoint half-length being located on a thimble large enough to accommodate at least two passes of side rope.

要求很清晰，這個邊繩的粗度要不少于18毫米，但具體要搞多粗，沒講。

從老鐵發(fā)來的照片看，這跟邊繩的粗度是26毫米左右，顯然是大于18毫米，那么它合格不合格呢？

如果是老編去檢查，我覺得是合格的，畢竟公約里沒講多粗算粗，況且很多人都喜歡粗一點的。

注意到，SOLAS 公約對于引水梯的要求第V章第23條的2.3規(guī)定制造商在對引水梯認證時應符合國際標準，而這個標準就是：ISO 799-1:2019（A pilot ladder shall be certified by the manufacturer as complying with this regulation or with an international standard acceptable to the Organization5. Ladders shall be inspected in accordance with regulations I/6, 7 and 8.）

但，在ISO 799-1:2019的第4.2條要求這個邊繩必須是20毫米。

如果土澳的PSC記錄了缺陷，并且把標準卡在邊繩粗度必須是20毫米的話，他是引用了ISO 799-1:2019的要求。

但，話說拿著ISO的標準去查船，這個土澳的PSC有備而來，是夠無恥的……

至于這個缺陷成立不成立，自己判斷吧，要是老編去查肯定不會給缺陷，25毫米比20毫米安全多了，有啥安全隱患呢？

畢竟ISO的標準也不是強制的，粗一點不耽誤抓握也不影響安全。

另外對于，扶手繩的要求位于SOLAS 2010 Amend / Chapter V / Reg. 23的7.1.1：two man-ropes of not less than 28 mm and not more than 32 mm in diameter properly secured to the ship if required by the pilot; man-ropes shall be fixed at the rope end to the ring plate fixed on deck and shall be ready for use when the pilot disembarks, or upon request from a pilot approaching to board (the manropes shall reach the height of the stanchions or bulwarks at the point of access to the deck before terminating at the ring plate on deck);

很明確，這跟繩子的粗度在28毫米和32毫米之間，大家也應該注意下， 說不定PSC也會用卡尺卡一卡。

 實際上，最近引水梯，被搞的挺多，澳大利亞、新加坡因為引水梯滯留了很多船，老編問了下業(yè)內(nèi)的幾個大咖，據(jù)他們港：3月份，東京備忘錄搞了個引水梯的月度的集中檢查。

CIC不是每年9到11月么？

不知道東京備忘錄又在搞什么鬼。
