2025年國內(nèi)港口PSC檢查結(jié)果近日出爐,上海、深圳、日照、欽州、大連、寧波、廣州等多地港口暴露出設(shè)備隱患、操作疏漏、記錄缺失等百余項(xiàng)缺陷,觸目驚心!從銹蝕的消防栓到斷裂的救生艇纜繩,從失效的警報(bào)系統(tǒng)到未更新的記錄,每一處細(xì)節(jié)都可能成為航行安全的“致命漏洞”。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,消防系統(tǒng)故障、應(yīng)急設(shè)備不達(dá)標(biāo)、關(guān)鍵記錄不規(guī)范成為高頻問題,部分船舶甚至因設(shè)計(jì)缺陷或維護(hù)不足導(dǎo)致救生艇無法水密、舵機(jī)同步失靈等重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這不僅威脅船員生命安全,更可能引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的環(huán)保與合規(guī)危機(jī)。本期分享一下2025年1-4月份關(guān)于中國PSC部分滯留和缺陷小結(jié)。為方便各位航友閱讀,小海哥對(duì)各條缺陷做簡單直譯,有些翻譯可能比較雞肋,請(qǐng)以英文敘述為主,本期內(nèi)容僅供航友學(xué)交流與參考,希望各位航友多看缺陷,以防掉坑。1.上海港 SHANGHAI 2025.1.2/630 It was observed that the crew ascended the stairs with an injured person from the bottom of the machinery space up into the escape trunk. This process took more than ten minutes.觀察到船員攜帶傷員從機(jī)艙底部通過樓梯進(jìn)入逃生通道,此過程耗時(shí)超過十分鐘。17 The emergency escape trunk is capable of extending to the lower level without any constraints. 應(yīng)急逃生通道可無阻礙延伸至下層。30 Delivery pressure of the emergency fire pump found insufficient due to the shaft seal leaking. 應(yīng)急消防泵因軸封泄漏導(dǎo)致輸出壓力不足。17 The limit switch for starboard side lifeboat davit out of order.右舷救生艇吊架限位開關(guān)故障。30 Main engine dead slow down occurred unexpectedly.主機(jī)意外減速至最低轉(zhuǎn)速。30 Ten twist-lock foundations on the cargo hold hatch cover of Bay 33 corroded seriously. 33號(hào)貨艙艙蓋的10個(gè)扭鎖基座嚴(yán)重腐蝕。30 No water flow was witnessed from the fire hydrant in steering gear room during the main fire pump running and the isolation valves open.主消防泵運(yùn)行且隔離閥開啟時(shí),舵機(jī)室消防栓無水流。30 Two isolation valves in the passageways found malfunction, as evidenced by water spraying from the fire hydrant of poop deck when valves were shut-off and
