機(jī)艙夜間命令簿規(guī)則

Instruction

1.在航行中、裝卸期間或其他必要時，輪機(jī)長在每夜就寢前，必須將有關(guān)指示事項或其他緊要布置，詳細(xì)而明確地寫入《機(jī)艙夜間命令簿》，放在機(jī)艙集控室內(nèi)。

During sailing, berthing or whenever nessary, C/E shall record all navigational instruction and other important information into Night Navigation Order Book in detail before resting. The Order Book must kept in a regular position in Engine Contral room

2.輪機(jī)員接班時，必須充分了解《機(jī)艙夜間命令簿》內(nèi)各項指示，親自簽字并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

The Duty Engineer must fully understand all instuction on the Night Navigation Order Book, Sign and carry out stickly when he takes on duty,

3.輪機(jī)員如對夜間命令了解不夠清楚，應(yīng)立即報告輪機(jī)長。

If the Duty Engineer do not understand the Night Navigation Order clealy, inform to the C/E without delay

4.輪機(jī)長臨時更改夜間命令簿內(nèi)容，應(yīng)及時通知值班輪機(jī)員。

When there is any change on the Night Navigation Order, C/E shall inform Duty Engineer without delay.

5.值班輪機(jī)員如未嚴(yán)格遵守夜間命令簿內(nèi)的指示，輪機(jī)長有權(quán)給予警告或停止其當(dāng)值。

If the Duty Engineer do not carry out the Instuction stickly, the master have the right to give warming or stop his duty.

6.無人值班機(jī)艙的船舶，當(dāng)天非值班輪機(jī)員應(yīng)在第二天補(bǔ)簽。

If the Duty Engineer do not carry out the Instuction stickly, the C/E have the right to give warming or stop his duty.

7.此夜間命令作為輪機(jī)長常規(guī)命令的補(bǔ)充。

The Night Navigation Order is supplement to the C/E regular Orders.

8.記錄簿用完后由輪機(jī)長保存 3 年。

The record book must be kept by C/E for 3 years after used.
