Instruction

1.本日志為船舶發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行狀況及電氣設(shè)備日常工作之主要記錄,由電機(jī)員負(fù)責(zé)保管。

This Book is used for recording the ship Generator State and Maintenance of other Electric Euipments. This book is kept by E/O.

2.主發(fā)電機(jī)和主配電板一欄由值班輪機(jī)員每二小時(shí)記錄一次。

The colume of Main Generator and MSB is written by Duty ER every 2 hours.

3.工作記錄欄由電機(jī)員負(fù)責(zé)記錄，主要記載：

The main part of the records shall be written by E/O for following information:

4.當(dāng)天所進(jìn)行的 CWBT 指令或預(yù)防檢修計(jì)劃的檢修工作。

The CWBT oreder and Preventive Plan of the day.

5.當(dāng)天所進(jìn)行的其它檢修、檢查、測(cè)量、試驗(yàn)等工作。

Other fixing,checking, messuring and testing jobs at the day.

6.如設(shè)備發(fā)生故障，須記載故障時(shí)間、設(shè)備名稱(chēng)、故障現(xiàn)象等情況以及所采取的處理措施。

If any equipments failed, the failture time, the name of the failture quipment, the fault phenomenon and the action be taken shall be recorded.

7.本日志每本使用三個(gè)月，船上保存 5 年。

This record book can be used for 3 morths and kept on board for 5 years after used.
