一、4G(LTE)網(wǎng)絡(luò)SIB5消息 4G(LTE)無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的SIB5(SystemInformationBlockType5)消息中包含著終端進(jìn)行異頻小區(qū)重選鄰小區(qū)相關(guān)信息，即有關(guān)相鄰異頻鄰區(qū)E-UTRA的頻率信息。 SIB5消息中包括鄰區(qū)列表的信息有：載波頻率、小區(qū)重選優(yōu)先級(jí)、UE在重選高于/低于當(dāng)前服務(wù)頻率的優(yōu)先級(jí)頻率時(shí)使用的閾值等。另外SIB5消息中還包含一個(gè)列入黑名單的異頻鄰區(qū)列表。 二、SIB5消息承載、方向及傳輸
