葉淺予（1907—1995），浙江桐廬人，從事國(guó)畫教育，以舞蹈、戲劇人物為主的國(guó)畫創(chuàng)作，中國(guó)漫畫和生活速寫的奠基人。

葉淺予歷來(lái)重視中國(guó)繪畫傳統(tǒng)，他也從敦煌繪畫寶庫(kù)中汲取了藝術(shù)修養(yǎng)。他采用敦煌繪畫的重彩方式表現(xiàn)舞蹈人物，形成了他濃郁熱情的舞蹈人物畫風(fēng)格。
