時間對于任何一個人都是一樣的，但是為什么還是有那么多的人抱怨時間不夠或時間飛逝呢？究其原因是時間不是屬于你一個人擁有的，當你有關(guān)心的人或有家庭時，屬于你自己的時間就越來越少了，換來的是與愛人或是家庭的黃金時光。
在英語中跟時間有關(guān)的習語很多，有的本身沒有包含單詞 time，例如 against the clock，light years away，kick the can down the road 和 in the blink of an eye 等等，有的表示時間飛逝，有的表示漫長的時間，例如：
against the clock 爭分奪秒：

時間雖然對于任何人都是一樣的，但是對于合理和充分利用時間的人來說，時間就是“黃金時光”，用地道的英語表達是 quality time，其中 quality 是形容詞，意為“優(yōu)質(zhì)的，高質(zhì)量的”，例如：
We specialize in quality furniture.Our main concern is to provide quality customer service. 我們最關(guān)心的是為顧客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務。
Quality time 指放松自我、享受樂趣的時間，尤指關(guān)愛子女，增進感情的寶貴時間，例如：
