由自然森林演化的多樣化自然景觀，為場地營造出豐富的地形和地表紋理，激發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)師的創(chuàng)作靈感，我們在此進(jìn)行不同的設(shè)計(jì)嘗試。從探討 “自然與藝術(shù)” 的概念出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)師通過研究不同森林中生態(tài)元素間的相互作用，如破曉時(shí)林梢間打破沉寂的曙光，陽光下森林中的微光波動(dòng)，將靈感轉(zhuǎn)化，組合成為多變的景觀空間，色彩和肌理。

The diverse natural landscape evolved from natural forests create rich terrains and surface texture for the venue, inspiring the designer's creative inspiration, and we have made different design attempts here. The designers begin by discussing the concept of “nature and art”, through the studies of the interactions of the ecological elements in different forests to transform the inspiration, and combine these into a variety of landscape spaces, color and texture. Such as the sun in the forest at sunrise and the light and shadow of the forest under the sunlight.

BACKGROUND

西安，一座穿越光陰的城市，從西周至今，3000多年的文明史。時(shí)至今日，渾厚的歷史與現(xiàn)代生活碰撞交織，使得這里的土地不僅僅是有趣，還飽含著深沉的歷史文化解讀。

From the Western Zhou Dynasty to the present, Xi’an is a time-passing city has more than 3000 years of civilization history. Today, the rich cultural history and modern life meet here. Making it not only interesting, but also full of deep historical and cultural character.

設(shè)計(jì)挑戰(zhàn)

CHANLLENGE

項(xiàng)目基地位于西安灃東新區(qū)太平路與征和六路東北角，建筑分為三組建筑體塊，功能分別為營銷中心、樣板間及項(xiàng)目部辦公區(qū)。整個(gè)基地被一個(gè)L形公共綠地包裹，建筑主入口朝向太平路。整體為面向城市干道的開放式綠地。

如何設(shè)計(jì)這樣一處場所？它能站在設(shè)計(jì)的前沿，代表一種可能的未來，同時(shí)又有明確的烙印，隱喻出西安的歷史文脈。這種時(shí)空的對話和空間上的扭轉(zhuǎn)及轉(zhuǎn)化是我們的主要挑戰(zhàn)。

The project is located in the northeast corner of Taiping Road and Zhenghe Road, Fengdong New District, Xi’an. The whole building is divided into three blocks, which are the marketing center, model room and project department office area. The site is surrounded by an L-shaped public green space and the main entrance of the building is on the Taiping Road. The whole site is an open green space facing the urban road.

CULTRAL EXTRACT

設(shè)計(jì)通過對構(gòu)筑物，景觀材料與場地的融合性與標(biāo)志性兩方面進(jìn)行剖析，將場所信息與空間效果進(jìn)行有機(jī)組織，使得設(shè)計(jì)本身游刃有余的在景觀和建筑的對話中來回轉(zhuǎn)換，進(jìn)而生發(fā)出在空間和功能上相互轉(zhuǎn)化的復(fù)合產(chǎn)物，賦予場地以新的面貌。

By analyzing the integration and identification of structures, landscape materials and sites, the designer organically organizes the site information and spatial effects, so that the design itself can freely convert between the landscape and the architecture. And then produce products which can transform each other in space and function. Finally, a new look is given to the site.

建筑解讀

DESIGN STRATEGY

建筑以繽紛的光之森林作為本體，展示出一處生態(tài)的，寧靜的精神空間。整個(gè)建筑靈動(dòng)與沉穩(wěn)、輕盈與厚重、多彩與灰度，代表著西安未來與歷史的碰撞、交織與融合。漫天星燈光點(diǎn)綴下的炫彩體、沉穩(wěn)自然山水石、絢爛的鏡面頂與跳躍的白色光柱演繹出“繽紛·光之森林”

售樓處立兩根大柱，隱喻出西安的歷史脈絡(luò)，代表豐鎬二京，即西安歷史發(fā)源起點(diǎn)。西安，在西周時(shí)稱為“豐鎬”?！柏S鎬”，是周文王和周武王分別修建的豐京和鎬京的合稱。五十四根中柱，隱喻西安的水脈，代表西安的五十四條河流。整體立柱為二百七十四根，隱喻西安的地脈，暗合開發(fā)用地274畝，統(tǒng)一于大屋頂之下，形成光之森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。

Architectures use the forest of light as the body, showing an ecological and quiet spiritual space. The whole building is lively and steady, light and heavy, colorful and pale, representing the collision, convergence and fusion of Xi'an's future and the history. Many small lights decorated in the sky, natural landscapes and stones, beautiful glass roofs and bright lamp posts create a gorgeous venue together.

景觀繼續(xù)沿用建筑的設(shè)計(jì)理念，以自由呼吸的光之森林作為設(shè)計(jì)主題。置身其中，森林中生態(tài)寧靜，樹林里微光波動(dòng)。

Landscape design continues to follow the concept of architectural design, with the free breathing forest of light as the design theme. Visitors can enjoy a quiet environment in the forest.

從沿街地形藝術(shù)界面進(jìn)入示范區(qū)，由一條林中光小溪打開整個(gè)沉寂的藝術(shù)森林，以此開啟一段森林的旅程。森林里到處充滿著神秘的驚喜。在森林的各個(gè)層次中流轉(zhuǎn)漫步，人們將看到一個(gè)顛覆過往認(rèn)知的極具森林質(zhì)感的體驗(yàn)區(qū)。

Enter the model area from the terrain art district along the street, follow a stream into the quiet forest, and start a journey. The forest was full of mysterious surprises. Walking through various regions, people can see a forest experience area that has never been seen before.

中南置地找到我們的時(shí)候，項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)與其他景觀團(tuán)隊(duì)有一段時(shí)間的推進(jìn)。半路介入項(xiàng)目，時(shí)間所剩不多，難度平白增加許多，所以必須有另辟蹊徑的方式。

為避免多層匯報(bào)反復(fù)決策導(dǎo)致的設(shè)計(jì)周期浪費(fèi)，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)采用了workshop的設(shè)計(jì)管理方法，集團(tuán)、戰(zhàn)區(qū)、設(shè)計(jì)供方各相關(guān)層級、建筑、景觀各專業(yè)條線形成工作組，以頭腦風(fēng)暴的形式，對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行廣泛討論、快速?zèng)Q策，幾天內(nèi)經(jīng)過十幾稿的過程討論，反復(fù)修改，最終完成了示范區(qū)總平的確認(rèn)。

In order to avoid wasting time such as multi-layer reporting and repeated decision-making, the design team adopted the design management method of workshop. People from groups, war zones, design suppliers, architectural and landscape professionals form a working group to discuss the project extensively and make quick decisions in the form of brainstorming. In a few days, after more than a dozen discussions, we finally completed the master plan of the model area after repeated revision.

DESIGN CONTENTS

作為西安首個(gè)網(wǎng)紅街區(qū)體驗(yàn)式示范區(qū)，我們把著眼點(diǎn)放在景觀的使用者上，通過營造舒緩閑適的室外共享空間，來營造出景觀豐富的體驗(yàn)感。從沿街地形藝術(shù)界面進(jìn)入，由一條林中光小溪貫穿整個(gè)內(nèi)外場空間。外場空間為水之林，光之林，云之林，秋千之林等四部分組成。內(nèi)場空間為巢之林。

As the first popular district experience demonstration area in Xi‘a(chǎn)n, we focus on the user’s feelings. Create a rich sense of experience by creating a comfortable outdoor shared space. Enter the model area from the terrain art district along the street, a stream runs through the inner and outer space. The outer space is composed of water forest (entrance), light forest (playground), cloud forest (art garden), and swing forest (outdoor lounge) and so on. The inner space is called the nest forest (entrance).

策略一：動(dòng)線和局部空間的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系

在商業(yè)類項(xiàng)目中，動(dòng)線無疑是推敲設(shè)計(jì)的重要線索。”線性動(dòng)線 豎向空間節(jié)點(diǎn)”的組合。這種空間組織形式非常適合置于密集的城市場地，利用較小的資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)豐富而有張力的空間體驗(yàn)。我們不會(huì)營造一個(gè)局部空間，我們要將空間融合在整體的關(guān)系之中。

太平路與天臺(tái)六路東北角必定是將來商業(yè)人流重要切入口。景觀將結(jié)合人行道與基地之間500mm的豎向高差，以一條曲折水景連接城市界面與商業(yè)主入口。水景分為對外型涌泉疊水，以此處理內(nèi)外高差變化；內(nèi)聚型水景，增加水的互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)性；以及線型噴泉，用以引導(dǎo)視線。水景及兩側(cè)劃分出多個(gè)豎向空間節(jié)點(diǎn)，供人與水互動(dòng)，與水對話。

In commercial projects, the activity route is an important clue to the design.  The combined form of the 'Linear route lines combined vertical space' is well-suited for placement in a dense urban site. Designers use a small number of resources to achieve a rich space experience. Instead of creating a local space, we integrate space into the site.

平面鋪裝的漸變炫彩，豎向高差的交錯(cuò)層疊，打開探索森林的精彩序曲。

策略二：景觀切入建筑的方式

設(shè)計(jì)問題常常來自對場地的理解和把握。建筑主入口朝向太平路，由此希望朝向太平路這個(gè)空間是一個(gè)全開放并且能聚集人氣的引爆點(diǎn)。于是，我們通過確定入口的位置，扭轉(zhuǎn)場地消極的空間秩序，來豐富立面上空間組織層次。

我們將漂浮的云朵，作為豎向昭示性的元素立于廣場口部；將汩汩涌泉，融入?yún)?shù)化的鋪裝中，打造一個(gè)空間爆點(diǎn)；將廣場兩側(cè)劃分出停留休息的特色坐凳區(qū)域，既是對人的關(guān)懷，也是對邊界的交代。

We put floating clouds as vertical elements at the entrance to the square and incorporate flowing streams into the parameterized pavement to create a lively gathering point. At the same time, we treat both sides of the square as a seating area for rest, which is not only a concern for people, but also a treatment of the boundary of the venue.

策略三：最大化開放公共的綠化空間

如何將一個(gè)L形半包裹的公共綠地打開，為商業(yè)空間營造一個(gè)開放共享的界面？并且還要滿足一定比例的綠化空間滿足綠地指標(biāo)？

我們將線性的園路，小斑塊的停留空間，與綠化空間滲透融合。我們?yōu)榻ㄖ臻g引入外部的人流、自然和光，使得室內(nèi)外相互交融。我們希望通過景觀的方式，啟發(fā)我們思考人與自然、社會(huì)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。實(shí)現(xiàn)光影與人的交織律動(dòng)。

We merged the linear roads and small patches of residence space with the green space. Introduce external flow of people, nature and light to the architectural space, making the indoor and outdoor blend. We hope to inspire visitors to think about the relationship between people, nature and society through the design of landscape. And realize the interaction between light, shadow and people.

童真童樂，多元的活動(dòng)空間，極致精簡的游憩設(shè)施，最大限度的給孩子們創(chuàng)造出各種隨意跑、跳和追逐的可能。

策略四：注重細(xì)部和工藝，注重親近人身體的尺度和質(zhì)感。

細(xì)部不是孤立的去塑造，而是在整體的關(guān)系之中。細(xì)部推敲主要發(fā)生在方案后期，但是前期的空間關(guān)系已經(jīng)確定了某些屬性和原則。

兒童IP的引入是要激活基地南側(cè)的綠化空間，  通過豐富的高差變化，多元的活動(dòng)空間，多樣材質(zhì)的組合變化，打造一個(gè)趣味全齡的童趣空間。

我們關(guān)注效果，更關(guān)注安全，我們不放松對每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)的推敲。多元的網(wǎng)橋?qū)Ψ鍪执┛仔问郊按笮?，彈跳網(wǎng)網(wǎng)繩粗細(xì)及網(wǎng)孔密度模擬推演，避免孩童踏空；增加秋千之林的圓餅踏板花紋紋理細(xì)部，減少打滑的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；塑膠地墊顏色配比經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的選樣試驗(yàn)；施工中對裝置的各類配件嚴(yán)格要求，保證建成設(shè)備的表面光滑、安全環(huán)保。

We focus not only on results, but also on security, and we do not ignore every detail of the design.

In order to prevent children from falling down, we tested the form and size of the piercing of the handrail of the bridge of the mesh rope, the size of the rope and the density of the mesh. At the same time, we increased the swing forest circular pedal texture to reduce the risk of slipping. The color of plastic mats is strictly selected, strict requirements for all kinds of fittings in Construction to ensure smooth surface, safety and environmental protection.

策略五（主題）：始于問題，基于關(guān)系推敲，延續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)巧思

如何營造內(nèi)場溫馨的商業(yè)氛圍？

巢是森林里小動(dòng)物最溫暖的港灣。天地廣闊，四面八方，盡收眼底，緩緩邁入，穿梭其中。以鳥巢的形式構(gòu)成的圍合空間，身處寬闊空間之余，給人以溫暖舒適的安全之感。這里溫馨愉悅，巢型的構(gòu)筑、花池、座椅散落內(nèi)庭，和建筑輕盈的光柱交織在一起，是充滿活力且極具森林質(zhì)感的商業(yè)休閑步行空間。

Nests are the warmest harbors of small animals in the forest. Standing here, we can see all the scenery around us. And we can walk through it. The enclosed space in the form of a bird’s nest allows us to live in an open space and gives us a warm and comfortable sense of safety. Warm and pleasant, nesting construction, flower ponds and seats are scattered in the site. They blend with the light pillars of architecture, creating a vibrant and eco-friendly walk space for commercial leisure.

建造過程

編織狀上的構(gòu)造展現(xiàn)了它的織造過程還有鐳射狀的對稱圖案。柔軟的內(nèi)在和堅(jiān)硬的外在，提升整體空間體驗(yàn)，增加項(xiàng)目的造型曲度。

The structure of the braided shape shows the process of making it. Laser-shaped symmetrical patterns, soft inner and hard exterior, improve the overall experience of the space, increase the shape of the project.
