新生注冊需提供（或準備）資料:

Documents needed when enrollment:

1、父母身份證復印件

2、家庭戶口簿（戶主頁及學生本人頁，復印在一張紙）復印件2份（備注：外籍學生提供護照復印件即可）

3、學生本人身份證復印件（如無，暫時不上交，家長要做好計劃抓緊辦理）

4、區(qū)級以上（含區(qū)級）醫(yī)院體檢表原件及復印件

5、學生學籍表1份（國網學籍表）

6、彩色一寸照片6張

7、預防接種證原件

8、出生證復印件

1、Copies of Parents’ ID cards

2、Two copies of Residence booklet (including home page and personal data page, copied on a piece of paper)

(Note: Foreign students are required to provide copies of their passports only.)

3、Copies of student’s ID card (if not, then parents should apply as soon as possible)

4、Medical Examination Report（Original ?） provided by county level hospitals or above.

5、Student’s Status Form registered in national education website

6、6 copies of one-inch color photos

7、Original Vaccination Card

8、Copy of Birth Certificate 

學校配備的物品有（以下均不再收費）:

Items the school provide (for free):

1、走讀生：書包、校服、純凈水、餐具

2、住宿生：書包、校服、空調、床、衣柜、被褥、蚊帳、枕頭、床單、臉盆、牙杯、牙膏、牙刷、毛巾、衣夾、衣架、紙巾、沐浴露、洗發(fā)水等。

1、Day students: school bag, uniform, drinking water, tableware

2、 Boarders: school bag, uniform, air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, blanket, mosquito net, pillow, sheet, washbasin, tooth cup, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, clothespins, clothes hangers, tissue, shower gel, shampoo, etc.

學生個人需準備的物品有:

Items students need to prepare:

1、走讀生：水杯2個（教室、宿舍各1個）

2、住校生：水杯2個（教室、宿舍各1個）、換洗衣服2-3套、運動鞋、浴巾、拖鞋

1、Day Students: 2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory)

2、Boarders: 2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory), 2-3 sets of clothes, sports shoes,a bath towel and slippers.

學生須嚴格遵守的學校規(guī)章制度：

School rules and regulations that students should obey:

1、不準攜帶手機、游戲機、刀具、打火機、零食、電器、低級粗俗的書刊雜志。

2、男生不準留長發(fā)及染發(fā)，不準著奇裝異服，不準有紋身，不準有抽煙、喝酒、不準打架斗毆的惡習。

3、女生不準留異發(fā)及染發(fā)，不準化妝、不準佩戴金銀首飾品。

1、Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, game consoles, knives, lighters, snacks, electric appliances, vulgar books and magazines.

2、Boys are not allowed to have long hair or colored hair, or wearing clothes that are not suitable. Incidents of violence, having tattoos, smoking and drinking alcohol are forbidden. 

3、Girls are not allowed to have strange hairstyle or colored hair. Making up or  wearing  jewelries are not allowed, either.

綜合實踐教育周時間安排:8月28日-9月2日（如有變更，以通知為準）
