易蘭規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院  Zaha Hadid Architects 扎哈哈迪德建筑師事務(wù)所：望京SOHO位于未來北京的第二個(gè)CBD——望京核心區(qū)，東至阜通西大街、南至阜安東路、西至望京街、北至阜安西路。項(xiàng)目由三棟流線型塔樓組成，加上獨(dú)一無二的都市園林式辦公環(huán)境使其成為國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)亞高效空氣環(huán)境的辦公和商業(yè)樓宇。望京SOHO景觀項(xiàng)目建成后受到各界人士廣泛關(guān)注，榮獲2014年“美居獎(jiǎng)”中國(guó)最美人居景觀獎(jiǎng)、在時(shí)代樓盤第九屆金盤獎(jiǎng)中榮獲“年度最佳寫字樓”獎(jiǎng)、2014年北京園林優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)等眾多獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。并于2018年登上國(guó)際頂級(jí)景觀建筑雜志TOPSCAPE PAYSAGE封面。

ECOLAND  Zaha Hadid Architects 扎哈哈迪德建筑師事務(wù)所：Wangjing SOHO is a mixed-use commercial complex that is one of the most recognized locations in the city of Beijing. The park structures include a fountain plaza, a curvilinear bridge, botanic pathways, an amphitheatre with both paved and green space, and large, multipurpose spaces. All of which are integrated organically, seamlessly flowing from element to another whilst staying consistent with the main building’s aesthetic. Not only has Wangjing SOHO become one of the most notable landmarks, it has become the pinnacle destination for local workers and residents in the booming Wangjing district.

望京SOHO從北京的高層建筑中脫穎而出，成為現(xiàn)代都市發(fā)展的一盞明燈。公園受到社區(qū)的熱烈歡迎，并成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的催化劑。
The Wangjing SOHO park maintains a cohesive aesthetic with the world renowned architect’s iconic buildings. Emerging from the high-rise landscape of Beijing, Wangjing SOHO stands as a beacon of urban design progression within a dense and rigid city fabric.

望京SOHO是一片熙熙攘攘的城市綠洲，在城市中心地帶為人們提供了接近自然和戶外休閑的體驗(yàn)。
Wangjing SOHO, a green oasis in a bustling urban realm, offers the experience of nature and outdoor leisure in the heart of city. Features include forest walks, activity plaza, musical fountain, amphitheater garden and extensive plantings of native plants.

望京SOHO由易蘭規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院與扎哈· 哈迪德(Zaha Hadid) 建筑事務(wù)所傾力合作，從建筑設(shè)計(jì)到景觀設(shè)計(jì)，雙方設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格和實(shí)力得到了完美的結(jié)合和充分展現(xiàn)。
整個(gè)項(xiàng)目圍繞三座建筑分別劃分為北側(cè)、西側(cè)、東側(cè)和南側(cè)四塊綠地，不同區(qū)域表達(dá)不同的景觀主題。為了體現(xiàn)四季更迭變化，易蘭設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)為望京SOHO打造了休閑劇場(chǎng)、場(chǎng)地運(yùn)動(dòng)、藝術(shù)雕塑、水景四大主題景觀。5萬平米超大景觀園林，綠化率高達(dá)30%，形成了獨(dú)樹一幟的都市園林式辦公環(huán)境。其獨(dú)具匠心的音樂噴泉和園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)，與樓群相輔相成。這一切使得整個(gè)項(xiàng)目在建筑、景觀和施工組織等方面都達(dá)到美國(guó)綠色建筑LEED 認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，打造出一個(gè)節(jié)能、節(jié)水、舒適、智能的北京新綠色建筑。

Wangjing SOHO achieves the goal of excluding repeated patterns and straight lines in its physical features such as the paving, landscape, seating, and even lighting elements. This creates a sophisticated, modern, and innovative design that incorporates environmentally conscious aspects. The gardens and community spaces surround the buildings within the three distinct sectors (northern, eastern, and southern), and were created with the intent to contain subtle elements that guide people from one area to the next. To achieve this, flowing lines were implemented in the structures to give a seamless effect, while subtle details in the stone paving provided dynamic contrast. All this was achieved while ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for the public.

北廣場(chǎng)的中央噴泉邊界采用流線型緩坡設(shè)計(jì)，在需要的時(shí)候，噴泉系統(tǒng)可以用于舉辦活動(dòng)，周邊的空間也足以容納人數(shù)較大的群體。
By day and night, the northern park serves as the central outdoor hub, where people enjoy gathering. The illuminated path, musically animated fountain, curved benchesand bridge are carefully integrated into the architectural aesthetic.

精心設(shè)計(jì)的噴泉形狀與建筑物的線條相互呼應(yīng)，廣場(chǎng)與周邊場(chǎng)地道路、地形植被交錯(cuò)掩映，冬天則成為是僅有的幾個(gè)城市中的室外冰場(chǎng)之一。
The shapes produced by the choreographed fountain jets echo the line-work of the building, adding movement to the form. The zero-entry pool can also be drained to accommodate events that draw large crowds, and for easy winter maintenance.

烈日炎炎的夏天大型水景提供清涼的休息場(chǎng)所。
The tranquil central fountain in the northern plaza is a calming oasis and retreat. A curvilinear retaining wall beneath the trees acts as shady seating spot for people wishing to relax, socialize or enjoy the water scene.

鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐，突破結(jié)構(gòu)難點(diǎn)；水平、豎直雙向曲面，打造靈動(dòng)輕盈景觀橋體；排水口暗藏于綠地與道路轉(zhuǎn)角交匯處，美觀實(shí)用;設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)一鋪裝拼接方向，提升空間整體感。
A unique curvilinear bridge spans a portion of the fountain pool, its smooth dynamic line consistent with the architecture’s artfulness. The use of light-weight steel in its construction precludes any structural difficulties.

曲線橋的設(shè)計(jì)作為一個(gè)獨(dú)特的細(xì)節(jié)，經(jīng)過整合SOHO建筑的總體設(shè)計(jì)概念，將其建筑語言延伸至人們的日常生活中。
Designed with children’s safe play in mind, the shallow pool merges seamlessly with the ground plane. The designers’ challenge, successfully met, was to exclude right angles from the curvature of the pool’s edge.

北側(cè)綠地地勢(shì)比較平緩，主要以地形圍合的休憩空間以及音樂噴泉構(gòu)成，平面構(gòu)圖延續(xù)建筑“錦鯉嬉水”的設(shè)計(jì)理念線條流暢自然，與周邊場(chǎng)地道路、地形植被交錯(cuò)掩映。水景由外側(cè)拋物線泉、中心跑泉以及位于水面中央、由30米高氣泡泉組成，配合韻律感極強(qiáng)的樂曲和炫彩奪目的夜景燈光，水柱則按照設(shè)定程序伴隨著起伏的旋律，將藝術(shù)與科技完美締合，打造了成動(dòng)靜相宜的辦公休閑空間。西側(cè)綠地距離市政道路較近，景觀設(shè)計(jì)一方面利用密植的植物降低道路對(duì)此處綠地的影響，同時(shí)也將植物作為背景，在綠地內(nèi)塑造地形，種植大面積地被以構(gòu)筑幽靜清新的休閑空間。

Within the Wangjing SOHO complex, one of the most important areas is the northern park, which has perhaps the most prominent effect on the community. It serves as a central gathering space, and is where the musical fountain- the Wangjing Eye, is located. The fountain has choreographed water jets, which provide a source of entertainment for the crowds. If more space is required for an event or larger crowds, the hidden fountain mechanisms allow the water to be drained, transforming the area into a grand plaza. Around the fountain are shaded areas, keeping the public cool during the hot summer months. The trees also dampen the noise of the urban streets. A bridge of a patented design traverses the eastern end of the fountain’s pool, and curves both horizontally and vertically. There is a birds-eye view from the office buildings of the northern park, and the custom lighting in the seats, floors, and fountains enhance the night time scene. This hidden lighting system aids in creating SOHO’s unique identity that was desired.

地形設(shè)計(jì)和植物圍合為場(chǎng)地隔絕了外部道路的交通噪音，創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)私密空間。同時(shí)采用了雨洪管理技術(shù)，軟質(zhì)景觀減少了地面熱輻射。
Native Poplar trees and Chinese Pennisetum grasses line the path to the central buildings. Besides providing shade, the trees form a visual buffer to the buildings, turn vibrant yellow in autumn, and offer excellent habitat for birds and wildlife.

夜晚水景的設(shè)計(jì)既呼應(yīng)建筑，同時(shí)考慮建成后公眾的參與使用。為城市居民提供了人與人、看與被看、交流互動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所。
The illuminated water feature is a magnet for evening activity. The lighting gives a sense of safety, and the signage is a welcoming landmark where friends and colleagues can meet.

作為四大主題景觀之一，提供最廣泛的行人停留，各種大型的文化和商業(yè)活動(dòng)都可以在這里舉行。
The fountain has choreographed water jets, which provide a source of entertainment for the crowds.

南側(cè)綠地主要以運(yùn)動(dòng)、休閑空間為主。其中設(shè)置了小型藝術(shù)館和運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地，一條蜿蜒的跑步道將四周的綠地空間串聯(lián)起來，匯聚形成天衣無縫的連續(xù)統(tǒng)一體，為人們提供更多休息放松的場(chǎng)所。
西側(cè)綠地距離市政道路較近，景觀設(shè)計(jì)一方面利用密植的植物降低道路對(duì)此處綠地的影響，同時(shí)也將植物作為背景，在綠地內(nèi)塑造地形，種植大面積地被以構(gòu)筑幽靜清新的休閑空間。綠地北側(cè)水景景觀橋由鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐，設(shè)計(jì)中突破了結(jié)構(gòu)難點(diǎn)，利用水平豎直雙向曲面，打造靈動(dòng)輕盈景觀橋體。排水口暗藏于綠地與道路轉(zhuǎn)角交匯處，美觀實(shí)用。水景邊矮墻座椅采用雙曲面設(shè)計(jì)，既烘托水景區(qū)動(dòng)感氛圍，又能滿足游客多角度觀景需求。林下矮墻座椅采用雙曲面設(shè)計(jì)，與道路用礫石自然銜接，既起到柔滑作用又能很好的限定空間。座椅正立面設(shè)置溝槽，隱藏?zé)魩?，豐富矮墻立面的同時(shí)提升夜景效果。流線型擋土墻與地形及道路用鋼板收邊，礫石過渡，并有植被遮擋其頂部，弱化墻體給人帶來的壓迫感，打破“橫平豎直”的鋪裝拼接方式，采用統(tǒng)一傾斜角度，配合內(nèi)部流線收邊，彰顯動(dòng)感與現(xiàn)代感。鋪裝采用流暢的拋物弧線設(shè)計(jì)，鋪裝之間留有10mm的滲水縫隙，邊框出有機(jī)形態(tài)后，再用不同的顏色或大小來區(qū)分體塊，這樣更容易強(qiáng)調(diào)邊界。場(chǎng)地內(nèi)井蓋用以石材鑲嵌，既滿足了功能需求又不切割鋪裝圖案。

Various designs that improve the environmental quality were also implemented. For example, the walking pathways in the western park are lined with native species of vegetation that require fewer resources to manage, yet provide many ecosystem services such as filtering rainwater, absorbing air pollutants, and assisting in mitigating the urban heat island effect. The plants also add dynamic colours that change with the seasons- cherry blossoms in spring, and wildflowers in summer. This vibrant green space is not only a pleasant contrast to the heavily urbanized Wangjing district, but it also provides essential habitat to wildlife such as butterflies.

豐富的植物配置展現(xiàn)了多樣的色彩，有助于強(qiáng)調(diào)地貌，同時(shí)軟化城市硬質(zhì)空間，為人們提供更具有安全感的空間體驗(yàn)。
The deliberate and extensive use of native plants offers visitors a sense of connection to nature，and a joie de vivre from the dynamic seasonal changes in flora throughout the year.

下沉劇場(chǎng)，運(yùn)用與豎向統(tǒng)一的流線型元素使整個(gè)下沉廣場(chǎng)完美的融入建筑環(huán)境。
In the amphitheater, landform modification, gradual elevation, and the incorporation of water and planting allow expression of the curvilinear style. This makes for a more naturalistic setting, whilst maintaining aesthetic integrity.

在下沉劇場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)中，將青翠的草坪與花崗巖條凳穿插于傾斜的地形之中，自然階梯式的地形處理將城市居民引入場(chǎng)地。
The amphitheater acts as a major focal point, attracting pedestrians into the park. From the retail stores at basement level, the smooth increase in elevation to street level is achieved through integration of complementary hard-landscaping materials, water and planting.

設(shè)計(jì)把建筑附屬綠地與城市代征綠地進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)，通過舒適宜人的綠地景觀設(shè)計(jì)一體化設(shè)計(jì)，激活城市公共空間活力。
The waterscape and terraces are surrounded with a network of paths and planting, designed to encourage the public to trace their own pathways, among the ‘patchwork’ of pools, lighting, paving and vegetation.

望京SOHO的景觀設(shè)計(jì)中，采用充滿藝術(shù)感的鋪裝與圖案，整體打造優(yōu)美、動(dòng)人的城市空間。
Pervious pebble-filled swales, retaining walls and planting extend the hardscape lines of the seating platforms, making for seamless public wayfinding between the gardens and pedestrian pathways leading into the commercial core.

地形處理作為本案的一大特色，亮點(diǎn)在于平面流線與豎向高差的完美結(jié)合以及不同材質(zhì)的自然過渡與融合。
Luminescent seating walls in the grass plane buttress the leveled landscape adjacent to the water feature in the eastern plaza. The sunken plaza is a popular shopping, eating and strolling destination for the local community.

開放綠地和廣場(chǎng)的結(jié)合為人們提供了一處奔跑嬉戲的安全場(chǎng)所。座位下面的特殊照明設(shè)施能夠保證夜晚的活動(dòng)安全。
Landforms and trees buffer the green space from the surrounding urban streets. Children and adults alike are afforded a quiet and safe haven for playing and socialising,in the heart of the city.

東側(cè)綠地是該項(xiàng)目著墨最多的地塊，該區(qū)域以兩座重點(diǎn)水景和一座露天下沉劇場(chǎng)為主要景觀元素。首先，位于場(chǎng)地東北角的水景，以建筑作為背景，引用建筑采用的流線型設(shè)計(jì)，打造層層相疊的跌水景觀。另一座水景與下沉劇場(chǎng)位居?xùn)|側(cè)連橋下方地塊內(nèi)。該水景由連橋下方幕墻的流線型曲線逐漸演變而來，水景和幕墻緊密連接、相互呼應(yīng)。下沉劇場(chǎng)，運(yùn)用與豎向統(tǒng)一的流線型元素使整個(gè)下沉廣場(chǎng)完美的融入建筑環(huán)境，青翠的草坪與花崗巖條凳穿插于傾斜的地形之中，自然階梯式的地形處理特色，大面的開敞草坪預(yù)留出開闊的視野讓視線更為開闊。

Another ecosystem service is storm water management, as pervious areas filled with decorative pebbles and plants filter the site’s run-off water and direct it towards catch basins, then to the municipal storm system. These features are part of the eastern park, where the amphitheatre with terraced seating is located. This amphitheatre enhances the sloping terrain that leads from the street level to the retail centre in the eastern park basement. The terraced space is multi-functional, used for socializing, and hosting yoga classes and performances.
Since its completion, this project has set new standards in China, its design features responding to a densely populated urbanized area’s need for a backyard oasis in which people can interact with each other and with nature.
