“設(shè)立Exposure Award，是為了幫助畫廊和藝術(shù)家走進(jìn)充滿活力的中國市場。在過去的六年里，影像藝術(shù)博覽會已經(jīng)挑戰(zhàn)并拓寬了公眾對于影像的認(rèn)知。從博覽會的歷史來看，Exposure Award是一次重要的發(fā)展舉措，它使影像藝術(shù)博覽會更好地為那些探索影像邊界的畫廊與藝術(shù)家提供支持。” ——展會總監(jiān) Georgia Griffiths影像上海藝術(shù)博覽會將于今年設(shè)立 Exposure Award，現(xiàn)對所有畫廊開放申請。 設(shè)立這一獎項(xiàng)旨在挑戰(zhàn)人們對攝影可能性的理解。為此，博覽會特別鼓勵呈現(xiàn)前沿影像的畫廊提交藝術(shù)家個(gè)展申請。 權(quán)威評審團(tuán)隊(duì)將根據(jù)藝術(shù)家的創(chuàng)作特質(zhì)和概念的創(chuàng)新性來判斷申請是否獲獎。今年，影像上海將于9月19-22日在上海展覽中心舉辦。評審團(tuán)將在2019影像上海藝術(shù)博覽會上，為獲獎畫廊免費(fèi)提供一個(gè)20平米的展位。 所有申請必須于4月19日前發(fā)送至 applications@。 首屆 Exposure Award 評委包括：現(xiàn)代傳播文化藝術(shù)平臺主席曹丹；光社藏家兼創(chuàng)始人王珺；SUUM Projects策展人兼創(chuàng)始人 Jiyoon Lee 以及獨(dú)立策展人Christopher Philips。 作為亞太地區(qū)首屈一指的攝影、影像藝術(shù)作品國際博覽會，影像上海藝術(shù)博覽會為畫廊提供了一個(gè)無與倫比的平臺，使其與藏家、策展人和美術(shù)館建立連接，并共同處于一個(gè)充滿動力、快速發(fā)展的市場之中。 由于博覽會既提供現(xiàn)代杰作，也提供當(dāng)代藝術(shù)，我們便意識到在一個(gè)新市場上推出極具突破性和創(chuàng)新性作品的困難。Exposure Award 這一獎項(xiàng)通過資助20平米展位與一位翻譯的方式，將消除這些經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，以確保我們的畫廊、藝術(shù)家和藏家切實(shí)探索影像所能。 所有申請必須于2019年4月19日發(fā)送至 applications@。詳情請查看 https://www./exposure-award。 Applications are now open for the inaugural Exposure Award at PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai. Launched to challenge our understanding of the possibilities of photography, the Fair invites proposals for solo artist presentations in support of galleries exhibiting cutting-edge photography. Applications will be judged on the innovative nature of the artist’s technique and concept. A prominent selection panel will reward one gallery with a complimentary 20sqm stand at the 2019 edition of PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai, running September 19-22 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
