最近是暑期旅游旺季，無論到哪可能都是人山人海，更別說機(jī)票、酒店還蹭蹭漲價(jià)。平時(shí)能定五星酒店的錢，現(xiàn)在可能連三星都訂不到……  不知道大家出門旅游對住宿要求如何，反正小譯是那種哪怕吃不好，也要住得舒服的人，始終覺得住得好不好會(huì)直接影響一次旅行的整體心情。  但是酒店一到旺季就漲價(jià)，難道一次難得的旅行計(jì)劃就要因?yàn)橛啿坏骄频甓轀珕?？?/span>  其實(shí)，出國旅行不一定要住酒店，住民宿也是一種特別的旅行體驗(yàn)。相比于酒店，民宿更接地氣，能讓我們更近距離地接觸到當(dāng)?shù)氐拿耧L(fēng)人情。 而且民宿的老板通常熱情好客，比酒店服務(wù)員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)笑容更有人情味，讓我們身處他鄉(xiāng)也能感到親切與溫暖。（當(dāng)然，我們從裝修上也能看出老板的個(gè)人品味。）  現(xiàn)在，我們能從很多線上平臺(tái)找到各個(gè)國家風(fēng)格迥異的民宿，從公寓到別墅，從城堡到樹屋，有很大的選擇空間。一般到達(dá)所在地之后，需要與房主直接聯(lián)系。所以，今天小譯就跟大家聊一聊在國外租房時(shí)常用到的口語表達(dá)。（文末小提醒也不要錯(cuò)過哦） Renting a House 租房  租房常用單詞短語 apartment [??pɑ:tm?nt] 公寓 duplex [?du:pleks] 復(fù)式 villa [?v?l?] 別墅 castle [?k?sl] 城堡 tree house 樹屋 furniture [?f?:n?t??(r)] 家私 appliance [??pla??ns] 家電 gas [g?s] 煤氣 electricity [??lek?tr?s?ti] 電費(fèi) lift [l?ft] /elevator [??l??vet?] 電梯 stairs [ste?z] 樓梯 upstairs [??p?ste?z] 樓上 downstairs [?da?n?ste?z] 樓下 fully furnished 家電齊全 with furniture and appliance 帶家私家電 newly renovated 新裝修 super sea view 無敵海景 sign the contract 簽合同  租房常用表達(dá) 1、想租家居齊全的房子，可以這樣說： Is it a furnished apartment? I want to rent a furnished house. 我想租個(gè)有家具的房子。 2、想知道屋內(nèi)是否有獨(dú)立衛(wèi)浴或洗衣機(jī)等家居家電，可以問房主： Does each room have ……? Do you have …… in the house? 例如： Does each room have a private bath? 每個(gè)房間都有獨(dú)立衛(wèi)浴嗎？ Do you have a washing machine in the house? 3、想知道房子多大，可以問： How many square feet is that/this ……? 例如： How many square feet is that apartment? 那套公寓有多少平方？ 4、如果想租一套靠海的房子或是面朝大海的房間，可以問： Does this room face to the sea？ 這間房能看到海嗎？ Which room is toward the sea? 哪間房朝向大海？ 5、想知道房子附近的交通如何，可以問： How about the traffic around this suite？ 這套房周邊交通怎么樣？ 6、詢問租金： What's the rent on that？ 租金多少？ What is included in the rent?  情景小劇場 A 房主 B 租客 Dialogue A

Here we are. Apartment 1008. This is the living room dining room combination. Here's the kitchen. It's small, but fully equipped. The refrigerator is new, and the stove and the microwave oven are less than a year old. 當(dāng)然可以，我來為您帶路。就是這兒。1008號房。這是客廳兼餐廳。廚房在這兒。廚房雖小，但設(shè)備齊全。冰箱是全新的，爐子和微波爐才用了不到一年。 B: It's nice. So this is the bathroom. And that must be the bedroom. 挺好。這就是浴室，那間是臥室吧。 A: Yes. And there's a walk-in closet. The bathtub is large enough for two people. 是的。這兒還有個(gè)大壁櫥。這個(gè)浴缸很大，足夠兩個(gè)人同時(shí)使用了。 B: Great. We can give our two children a bath together. Is there air conditioning, by the way? 太好了，我們可以給兩個(gè)孩子一起洗澡了。對了，有空調(diào)嗎？ A: Yes, there's central air conditioning and heating. The thermostat is in the living room. 有，有中央空調(diào)和供暖系統(tǒng)。調(diào)溫器在客廳里。 B: Can I open the window and air out the room? 我能開窗通通風(fēng)嗎？ A: Sure. 當(dāng)然可以。 B: What's the house rent? 房租是多少？ A: It's 200 dollars a week. 一周200美金。 B: Are the utilities included in the rent? 租金包括水電煤嗎？ A: Only gas is included. You have to pay the electricity and water. 只包括煤氣，你需要支付水電費(fèi)。 B: Well, I like the apartment.
