Shall I ~ ? (我可以 ~ 嗎?) 1. 自己想做某事時(shí),用 May I ~ ? May I have your name, please? 請(qǐng)問(wèn)貴姓? May I see your boarding pass,please? 我能看下您的登機(jī)牌嗎? May I see your passport, please? 請(qǐng)讓我看看您的護(hù)照,好嗎? May I help you with your bag? 需要我?guī)湍鷶[放行李嗎? May I know your nationality, please? 請(qǐng)問(wèn)您的國(guó)籍? May I clear your table now? 我可以清理小桌板了嗎? May I remove your tray? 我能把盤子收走了嗎?
2. 有求于客人時(shí),用Could you ~ ? Could you fill out the form, please?請(qǐng)?zhí)顚戇@張表格好嗎? Could you please step aside? 對(duì)不起,先生。您能往邊上站一點(diǎn)嗎? Could you write that down, please? 請(qǐng)寫下來(lái)好嗎? Excuse me, sir. Could you pass this tray to the passenger by the window? 打擾一下,先生,您能幫我把這份餐遞給靠窗的那位旅客嗎?
3. 詢問(wèn)客人的喜好或意愿時(shí),用Would you ~ ? Would you like + N. ? Would you like + to do sth. ? Would you mind + doing sth. ? Eg: Would you like tea or coffee? 你要茶還是咖啡? Would you like rice or noodles?您要米飯還是面條? Would you care for some bread? 您要面包嗎? Would you like some ice in your drink? 您想在飲料里加點(diǎn)冰塊嗎? Would you mind filling out this form?您介意填這張表嗎? Would you mind if I stow your luggage somewhere else? 您不介意我把它放在別處吧?
疑問(wèn)詞 + would you like to do sth. ? 疑問(wèn)詞 + would you do sth. ? (用于詢問(wèn)客人的希望) Eg: What would you like to eat/ drink, sir? 先生,您想要點(diǎn)什么? When would you like to have dinner?您想何時(shí)用餐? Where would you like to have dinner?您想在哪里用餐? Who would you like to contact? 您想和誰(shuí)聯(lián)絡(luò)? Why would you like to visit Wuhan? 您為什么想游覽武漢? Which kind of room would you prefer? 您喜歡哪一種房間? 4. 提供建議或者服務(wù)給客人的時(shí)候,用Shall I ~ ? / Would you like me to do ~ ? Shall I make the reservation for you?要我替您訂房間嗎? Shall I open/ draw the curtains?要我把窗簾打開(kāi)/拉上嗎? Shall I draw you a map?要我畫張地圖給您嗎? Shall I get you a pillow? 需要我給你拿個(gè)枕頭嗎? 服務(wù)交流中的回答 1. 肯定的回答 在與客人對(duì)話的過(guò)程中, 有時(shí)候必須隨聲附和表示認(rèn)同:I see, sir. 有時(shí)候必須確認(rèn)客人所說(shuō)的話:Certainly, sir. 2. 要拒絕客人所求時(shí), 在沒(méi)有辦法符合客人的要求,而想加以拒絕的時(shí)候, 不可以直接說(shuō) No, 而應(yīng)該用以下的說(shuō)法,并在其后加上理由說(shuō)明。 I am sorry, I am afraid we don’t have ~ . Sorry. I’m afraid we have no more chicken left. Would you like something else? 對(duì)不起,雞肉發(fā)完了,您想來(lái)點(diǎn)兒別的嗎? 3. 航空英語(yǔ)中,常用的 Yes,no回答如下, ? Do you have continental breakfast?你們有歐式早餐嗎? - Yes, we do. 是的,有。 - No, we don’t. 不,沒(méi)有了。 ? Don’t you have continental breakfast today? 你們今天沒(méi)有歐式早餐了嗎? - Yes, we do. 不,還有。 - I am afraid we don’t. 恐怕沒(méi)有了。 ? Would you mind if I show you the way?您介意我為您帶路嗎? - Yes, I would. 不用麻煩了。 - No, not at all. 好的 4. 要客人等待時(shí), Just a moment , please! 請(qǐng)稍等! Thank you for waiting, sir. 先生,讓您久等了! I'm sorry for keeping you waiting so long. 很抱歉,讓您久等了。 Could you wait a little longer, please? 請(qǐng)稍候一下好嗎?
5. 道歉的時(shí)候 I am sorry for sth. I do apologize for sth. It is wrong of me. 是我不對(duì)。 I didn’t mean it at all. 我真的是無(wú)意的。 Pardon/ Forgive me! 是我不對(duì)! Eg: I am very sorry for the delay. 很抱歉耽誤您的時(shí)間。 I am very sorry for the inconvenience.很抱歉給您帶來(lái)的不便。 I am very sorry for the mistake. 很抱歉弄錯(cuò)了。 I am sorry to hear that! 并非因?yàn)樽约旱倪^(guò)失而道歉?。ㄟz憾) I would like to apologize for sth. 承認(rèn)是自己的過(guò)失(道歉)
6. 回復(fù)道歉 That is all right! It is ok! It does not matter! Just forget about it! Never mind
7. 表達(dá)感謝 Appreciate sth/ sb. Express my thanks/gratitude to sb for sth. Be grateful/ thankful / obliged to sb. for sth. Thank sb for sth.
8. 客人說(shuō) Thank you 時(shí)的回復(fù) You are welcome! Not at all! I’m very glad that you liked it. 您喜歡就好,我很高興。 9. 表示祝賀 Congratulations! Congratulate sb. on sth. Good for you!/ Well done! I feel happy for you!
10. 給客人東西的時(shí)候,“請(qǐng)拿去” Here it is! Here you are! Here is your tea!
11. 客人離開(kāi)時(shí)祝福 Have a nice day! 祝您一天愉快! We hope to see you again soon!歡迎再度光臨! Thank you for staying with us!謝謝光臨!
