⑴ as …as possible（盡可能…）≈ as …as sb. can （盡某人所能…）

例句：He must work as hard as possible/he can.

翻譯：他必須盡可能努力地工作。

⑵ as usual（和往常一樣）≠u(mài)sually（通常）

例句：As usual, he got up at 6:00 this morning.

翻譯：跟往常一樣，他今天早上六點(diǎn)起了床。

例句：Usually, he gets up at 6:00 in the morning, but he got up late this morning.

⑶ so as to（為了…，句中）≈in order to （為了…，句首句中）

例句：In order to catch the first subway, he has to get up early.

=He has to get up early,so as to catch the first subway.

⑷ such as（例如，不加逗號(hào)）≠for example （例如，加逗號(hào)）

例句：He has many dreams, such as getting a promotion, finding a girlfriend and buying a house in Beijing.

⑸ as a matter of fact=in fact（事實(shí)上，實(shí)際上）

例句：As a matter of fact,his dream is hard to realize.

⑹ as a result/consequence（因此，表結(jié)果）≠ as a result/consequence of（因?yàn)?，表原因?/h2>
