2017年11月27日至12月1日，3GPP RAN小組工作會(huì)于里諾召開，大家可能都已經(jīng)知道，在這次會(huì)議的結(jié)束意味著5G標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的第一個(gè)版本的所有技術(shù)討論已經(jīng)完成，然而并不是所有人都知道的是，目前的5G標(biāo)準(zhǔn)想要最終凍結(jié)還要等三個(gè)月，這三個(gè)月等的是誰呢？它就是38.331。 什么是38.331？ 38.331協(xié)議描述了用戶和無線接入網(wǎng)之間以及的無線資源管理協(xié)議。 除此以外，還包括如下內(nèi)容： 1. 進(jìn)行5G基站間切換時(shí)，在5G基站間傳輸?shù)臒o線側(cè)相關(guān)信息； 2. 進(jìn)行不同接入技術(shù)間切換時(shí)，在基站與其他接入技術(shù)的節(jié)點(diǎn)間傳輸?shù)臒o線側(cè)相關(guān)信息； 3. 在4G/5G雙聯(lián)接場(chǎng)景下，進(jìn)行5G與4G基站間切換時(shí)，在5G基站與4G基站間傳輸?shù)臒o線側(cè)相關(guān)信息； 為什么38.331如此重要？ 38.331如此重要的原因就在于它的第六章“Protocol data units, formats and parameters (tabular & ASN.1)”，簡稱ASN.1,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中讀作'ey es en one'。ASN.1描述了RRC消息的內(nèi)容和語法格式?；竞陀脩粜枰凑誂SN.1來生成和理解RRC消息，可以說ASN.1定義了基站和用戶間的通用語言。 331之歌 38.331如此重要，本次RAN2在一百次會(huì)議上正式推出了331之歌，歌詞完美反映了RAN2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作者對(duì)于331的喜愛之情。 歌詞： Timers and counters and lack of equations, configurations for all sorts occasions, signal strength values a measurement brings these are a few of my favorite things.
