人臉表情庫(kù)

1： The Japanese Female Facial Expression (JAFFE) Database

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)比較小，而且是一個(gè)比較老的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)了，早在1998年就發(fā)布了。該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是由10位日本女性在實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境下根據(jù)指示做出各種表情，再由照相機(jī)拍攝獲取的人臉表情圖像。整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)一共有213張圖像，10個(gè)人，全部都是女性，每個(gè)人做出7種表情，這7種表情分別是： sad, happy, angry, disgust, surprise, fear, neutral. 每個(gè)人為一組，每一組都含有7種表情，每種表情大概有3,4張樣圖。這樣每組大概20張樣圖，目前在這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上的識(shí)別率已經(jīng)很高了，不管是person independent 或者是person dependent。識(shí)別率都很高。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可以用來(lái)熟悉人臉表情識(shí)別的一些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，包括特征提取，分類等。

2： The Extended Cohn-Kanade Dataset (CK+)

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是在 Cohn-Kanade Dataset 的基礎(chǔ)上擴(kuò)展來(lái)的，發(fā)布于2010年。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)比起JAFFE 要大的多。而且也可以免費(fèi)獲取，包含表情的label和Action Units 的label。

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)包括123個(gè)subjects, 593 個(gè) image sequence， 每個(gè)image sequence的最后一張 Frame 都有action units 的label， 而在這593個(gè)image sequence中，有327個(gè)sequence 有 emotion的 label。 這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是人臉表情識(shí)別中比較流行的一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，很多文章都會(huì)用到這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)做測(cè)試。具體介紹可以參考如下文獻(xiàn)：

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)是2011年，IEEE 的 Automatic Face & Gesture Recognition and Workshops (FG 2011), 2011 IEEE International Conference on 上提供的一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，如果要獲取這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，需要簽署一個(gè)assignment， 而且只有學(xué)術(shù)界可以免費(fèi)使用。

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)擁有的表情圖很多，但是subjects 很少。具體介紹可以參考如下文獻(xiàn)：

這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用作ACM 2014 ICMI The Second Emotion Recognition In The Wild Challenge and Workshop。 去年已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了第一屆的競(jìng)賽，這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)提供原始的video clips, 都截取自一些電影，這些clips 都有明顯的表情，這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與前面的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的不同之處在于，這些表情圖像是 in the wild, not in the lab. 所以一個(gè)比較困難的地方在于人臉的檢測(cè)與提取。詳細(xì)信息可以參考如下文獻(xiàn)：
