1. Provides manufacturing feasibility assessments and capital cost estimates for utilities, facilities and grounds related projects.

1. Responsible for utilities and facilities support of capital projects, including design and equipment and instrumentation selection, creation HVAC, compressed air and electrical drawings, preparing equipment and construction bid specifications; and acquisition, installation, start-up of utilities equipment, troubleshooting, creation and the training of line supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel.

1. Responsible for managing portions of or entire capital projects including cost, schedule and resources (internal and contractors), as well as leading multi-functional teams in project execution.

1. Responsible for developing processes suitable for implementation in a manufacturing facility within the required project timetable.

Requirements任職要求:

• Fluent English both in listening speaking and writing.

  英語聽說讀寫能力流暢。

• Excellent leadership and decision making ability.

• BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food or Agricultural Engineering or BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent degrees.

  化學、機械、食品、農(nóng)業(yè)工程、電氣工程、電氣工程技術(shù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)學士學位。

• 3 - 5 years in Utilities Engineering or Project Management.

  3-5年的公共設施工程或項目管理經(jīng)驗。

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Confectionery, Food, Consumer Goods and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

  三年以上糖果，食品，消費品工作經(jīng)驗和/或醫(yī)藥行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

• FMCG engineering project management experience is preferred. Experience at least one complete project.

  有食品快消行業(yè)工程項目經(jīng)驗，并至少經(jīng)歷過一個完整項目者優(yōu)先。

• Fortune top 500 background is preferred.

  有五百強企業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先。

• Knowledge of utilities unit operations.

  對公用設置設施運營經(jīng)驗。
