　　環(huán)球影業(yè)今日宣布，將打造2014年暑期檔黑馬R級喜劇片《鄰居大戰(zhàn)》的續(xù)集，并定檔于2016年5月13日在北美上映。影片主演塞斯·羅根、扎克·埃夫隆以及蘿絲·拜恩將悉數(shù)回歸。 

　　據(jù)《好萊塢報道者》透露，《鄰居大戰(zhàn)》續(xù)集將上演“性別大置換”。在首部曲中，羅根與拜恩飾演一對擁有新生女兒的年輕夫妻，與隔壁新搬來的吵鬧的大學(xué)兄弟會年輕人展開激烈大戰(zhàn)，但在續(xù)集中他們將面對的新鄰居是一群有過之而無不及的大學(xué)姐妹會的女學(xué)生。在幾輪交鋒之后，小夫妻感到力不從心，于是他們請來了外援，這就是在第一部中與他們從敵到友——由惡魔兄弟會會長“從良”為A&F花樣男模的扎克·埃夫隆。

One of the few comedies to crack the top 10 in our power ranking, this sequel is riding the wave of love for the first 'Neighbors' from 2014, and the charm of Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Rose Byrne combined.

The movie came in third in a survey of most anticipated summer comedies by the country’s largest movie ticket seller, Fandango.

And with the original taking in over $150 million at the box office, there’s certainly a fan base who will run to its opening weekend — that’s evident with over 13 million having viewed the trailer on YouTube.

Alice Through the Looking Glass

Though it doesn’t have the instant draw of other family-friendly titles coming out this summer, the sequel to Tim Burton’s 2010 “Alice in Wonderland” promises to be visually stunning and wacky.

Burton is only in the producer role this time around, but with Johnny Depp returning as the Mad Hatter and Mia Wasikowska as Alice, it's the third-most-anticipated family movie, according to the Fandango survey.

Wth the original earning over $1 billion worldwide at the box office in 2010, don’t be surprised if this “Alice” sequel becomes a major earner for Disney this year.

Central Intelligence

Both have an incredible reach on social media, and their previous movies have had impressive earnings.

Opening the same weekend as “Finding Dory” won’t affect the film's box office since the audience is different, and if it can bring something new to the buddy-comedy genre, this could be a sleeper hit of the summer.

Ranked the most anticipated summer comedy in Fandango's survey, the all-female reboot of the classic 1984 comedy has caused a lot of conversation. But it hasn't been all good, as there was backlash against the trailer over cast member Leslie Jones portraying the “token black” character. 

Still, the trailer has been viewed over 28.6 million times, so there’s obvious interest.

Opening-weekend box office will be huge for the film. But it will be interesting to see what kind of life it has in theaters following its release. Reviews and word of mouth will play a big factor. (In our Twitter poll of the summer movie Business Insider readers are most excited to see, “Ghostbusters” came in last with 7% of the vote.) 

Finding Dory

'Finding Dory' is the most anticipated family fim in the Fandango poll. That topped with the fact that the original is still a big hit with kids, merchandise for the sequel is already on shelves, and the trailer has over 22 million views on YouTube, and Pixar is looking at another behemoth on its hands.

X-Men: Apocalypse

Hoping to spoil some of the riches of “Captain America: Civil War” when it opens a few weeks later, the latest X-Men movie has Oscar Isaac coming off “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” to play the villain, as well as Olivia Munn joining the team.

But it will be interesting to see if the buzz after critics see it is enough for fans to stop going to “Civil War.”

Jason Bourne

The bonus of Tommy Lee Jones and Alicia Vikander will help build hype, it's perfectly placed at the end of July, coming after a lot of major titles have already debuted.

Suicide Squad

It's really anyone’s guess how well “Suicide Squad” will do. Will fans of DC Comics still be bitter from the poor reception to “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”? Or will the fervor to see Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Jared Leto as the Joker trump all?

The movie came in fifth in the Fandango survey of most anticipated summer action movies, but in our Twitter poll, it came in second.

Either way, we think a lot of people are interested in this film, and they'll be eager to stand in line opening weekend.

Independence Day: Resurgence

You're probably seeing a theme here: Long-awaited sequels are the hottest on the block this summer, and this one has been 20 years in the making.

The film is No. 2 on Fandango’s survey of most anticipated action movies, and in just four days, the trailer has over 5 million views on YouTube. 

The loss of Will Smith in the franchise doesn’t seem to have hurt matters. That's likely because the bigger draw is the alien attack, and the trailer makes this one look even more destructive than the last film.

Captain America: Civil War

The first movie out this summer will also most likely go down as the biggest when the dust clears.

With a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and early projections of the movie making $175 million on opening weekend (that would be fifth of all time), it's already very hard for competitors to go against the guaranteed success of this blockbuster.

“Civil War” topped Fandango’s survey of most anticipated summer movies, and our Twitter poll, too. Fans are making their voices heard.

Really, the only question for this movie is how quickly it will reach $1 billion worldwide. A good problem to have!
