森林· 硅谷位于臨安青山湖北岸，地勢北高南低，面湖舒展。進可眺望碧波凝翠，退可靜享山林蔥郁，正如項目名稱“森林· 硅谷”所寓意，將蘊含科技人文的辦公空間融入青山湖的自然山水，是此項目的著力所在。

這種源于“融化自然”的初始構(gòu)思，在設(shè)計中具體轉(zhuǎn)化為“院落” 的擴展與運用。根據(jù)場地特征，將傳統(tǒng)辦公模式中集中綠地的空間構(gòu)架模式，轉(zhuǎn)化為一系列“院落”，在水平與豎向兩個維度展開，相互串聯(lián)。從使用感受和視線需求，逆向推導出建筑體量形式，最終確定了空間布局和建筑群體組合。

園區(qū)干道的空間轉(zhuǎn)折，避免了線性空間，同時形成了禮儀性的入口公共庭院。集中的建筑體量形成統(tǒng)一的公共界面，并提升了后部庭院的私密性。在“入口前院（交通性）—半公共前院（混合交流）—辦公內(nèi)院（內(nèi)部交流）—建筑內(nèi)通高庭院（建筑內(nèi)向性）—屋頂花園”這一院落層級結(jié)構(gòu)中，選用了不同體量級別建筑來配置，形成變化的空間組合模式。

在建筑細節(jié)與材料選用上，除常用的玻璃幕墻、干掛石材外，引入反映地域特質(zhì)的毛石砌筑、竹制品等要素。建筑立面細膩，在細部設(shè)計中充分體現(xiàn)了新科技建筑注重生態(tài)和人文相結(jié)合的特點。

項目中對坡地的高差處理是另一個核心問題。通過與景觀設(shè)計團隊自始至終的積極配合，以設(shè)置臺地隱蔽停車空間、穿插靈活的下沉式庭院、抬高私家庭院等多種手法，設(shè)計師做到了建筑體量和空間與場地特征的最大吻合。

The site is located at the north bank of Qingshan Lake, Lin’an, sloping from north to south. From the site, you can overlook thebeautiful lake or enjoy the quietness of the mountain forest. It perfectly interprets the concept in the project’s name “Forest -Silicon Valley”, which means that the office space blends into nature.

In our design, the idea of “blending” is implemented through the expansion and application of “courtyards” in two steps. In thefirst step, with special site features, we flexibly transform the central green space in traditional office buildings into a series ofcourtyards which are extended and connected horizontally and vertically. In the second step, we derive the building massing after study the possible experience of future users and their requirements on views, and then figure out the overall space layoutand the composition of the building complex.

The main road stretches out in changing directions to avoid linear space, forming a courtesy public courtyard space at the entrance. The centralized building massing creates a unified public street fa?ade and improves the privacy of the rear courtyards.To create different architectural space combinations, we apply different sizes of building massing and their configuration in the courtyard structure of “the entrance front yard (for public traffic) — semi-public front yard (for mixed use) — office inner court (forinternal use) — full height atrium inside the building (building introversion) — roof garden”.

In addition to the common glass curtain wall and stone cladding, local materials like rubble masonry and bamboo products are introduced to the design. The delicate and detailed fa?ade of the new-tech building fully shows its respect for the ecological environment and the culture.

Another challenge in this project is the slope. We work closely with the landscape design team from the beginning and respond the challenge with solutions like under-terrace parking, flexible sunken gardens and raised private gardens, etc. We try to find the building massing and space types which are most proper for the site.
