With his feminism passion and Gerda's support, Einar attempted one of the first male-to-female sex reassignment surgery, a decision that turned into a massive change for their marriage.

Several fund managers believe that the US housing market is built on a bubble that will burst within the next few years. They proceed to bet against the housing market with the banks, who are more than happy to accept his proposal for something that has never happened to American history. And in the end, they became the few people that made big profit from the crisis.
