很多朋友買(mǎi)到羊絨線后，感覺(jué)沒(méi)有手感不是那么柔軟，直呼上當(dāng)。  其實(shí)不然，單獨(dú)從原始紗線的手感來(lái)判斷紗線的質(zhì)量是錯(cuò)誤的。羊絨線在制成成衣后，只有經(jīng)過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)南纯s這一工序（即縮絨）才會(huì)出現(xiàn)豐滿的絨面，使其手感柔軟、爽滑。羊毛衫縮絨工藝的合理與否，直接影響著縮絨質(zhì)量的好壞，縮絨工藝合理，羊毛衫表面產(chǎn)生絨茸，給人以美觀、柔和的感覺(jué)。否則會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩種情況，一是縮絨不充分，達(dá)不到縮絨的目的；二是縮絨過(guò)度，羊毛衫由氈縮直至氈結(jié)，氈結(jié)是不可逆的，一旦氈結(jié)，織物顯著收縮，彈性消失，手感發(fā)硬。羊毛衫變成羊毛氈，使其性能下降。 

羊絨衫縮絨的目的 
羊絨衫縮絨的目的主要是為了改善和提高羊絨衫產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量和外觀效果。
    1、 縮絨能使織物質(zhì)地緊密，長(zhǎng)度縮短，平方米重量及厚度增加，強(qiáng)力提高，彈性和保暖性增強(qiáng)。  
    2、 經(jīng)過(guò)縮絨的羊絨衫其表面顯露出一層絨毛，使外觀優(yōu)美，手感豐厚軟，色澤柔和。另外縮絨產(chǎn)生的絨毛對(duì)羊絨衫原有的某些疵點(diǎn)起到淡化和掩蓋作用，使其不致明顯地暴露在織物表面。   

羊絨衫縮絨的具體方法及步驟：  
    1.成衣后，先把縮絨劑放到溫水里，水溫要求是35-40度，一定要到達(dá)這樣的溫度，把縮絨劑調(diào)開(kāi)，這樣絨面漂亮。把衣服泡到里面，水面沒(méi)過(guò)織物，泡15-30分鐘左右（切忌不要直接把縮絨劑倒在衣服上），放洗衣機(jī)換到合適檔輕揉15-35分鐘（視個(gè)人對(duì)絨面要求而定，時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)絨毛越長(zhǎng)）水溫保持40度左右，然后用清水洗干凈，一定要漂洗干凈。  
    2. 再把柔軟劑放到溫水里，水溫要求是25度左右，充分浸泡30分鐘（泡了15分鐘再翻過(guò)來(lái)泡15分鐘），這樣絨面軟軟的，超級(jí)棒，最后晾干，或用蒸汽熨斗燙平。（晾的時(shí)候一般不能掛在衣架上，容易拉長(zhǎng)毛衣  ）
    

        如果沒(méi)有縮絨劑和柔軟劑的朋友，那就用專用洗毛衣的洗劑也行，如用金紡或者羊毛衫專用洗滌劑洗柔軟效果是一樣的，但是一定得水溫是這個(gè)度數(shù)，然后用洗發(fā)水搓縮絨，記得要多搓搓，使勁搓哦，這樣絨才會(huì)又多又長(zhǎng)  
       我個(gè)人認(rèn)為:縮絨劑這個(gè)東西太專業(yè)，是為了商業(yè)化銷售才用的.例如,商場(chǎng)買(mǎi)一件羊毛衫來(lái),買(mǎi)來(lái)的時(shí)候很柔軟，很舒服,可是穿了幾次,洗幾次后，就變硬了，這是為什么呢?那就是縮絨的關(guān)系,為了獲得舒服的手感， 商家會(huì)進(jìn)行縮絨處理,這樣， 即使所用的線是比較差的羊毛。 經(jīng)過(guò)多次縮絨后， 也可以讓手感媲美優(yōu)質(zhì)羊毛.但是這樣的處理方式， 等于是一次性把羊毛處理到了極致，之后再怎樣打理也無(wú)法超越這樣的手感，而甚至?xí)屓烁杏X(jué)更糟糕.  
       個(gè)人建議買(mǎi)比較好的原料的線, 盡量有耐心，通過(guò)慢慢的洗滌, 讓絨慢慢的跑出來(lái),這樣的處理方式可以讓衣服越來(lái)越軟.而在洗滌中， 如果希望手感略微好些, 只要加些普通的家用柔順劑就好了,用量也不要過(guò)大，這樣越洗就會(huì)越好的。
 

整燙工藝及后整理的注意事項(xiàng)
整燙羊絨衫要用中溫（約140度C蒸汽整燙熨平），熨斗與羊絨衫要離開(kāi)0.5--1公分的距離，切忌壓在上面熨燙，影響羊絨衫蓬松效果。
不能生拉硬拽，要制作合適的燙板。
要控制羊絨衫成品的水分含量。
注意外型效果和平直度。
