Survey: primary school students don't learn manners
About 60 percent of primary school students in East China's Jiangsu province do not learnmanners, according to a survey by the provincial civilization office.
The survey, which covers more than 25,000 respondents including teachers, parents andstudents, shows that less than 30 percent of the students learn manners from the peoplearound them.
According to the survey, 95 percent of the parents and the teachers responded that theybelieve that good behavior is important for children to learn.
