In addition, you can ask your parents for most of it and earn the rest in your spare time in college, by doing a part-time job.

    In my opinion, I prefer the last way. Having acquired most of the tuition and fees from my parents, I need not worry too much about the money and can concentrate on my study; on the other hand,  a part-time job in my spare time makes my campus-life colorful. In this way, I can make a lot of friends, improve my abilities and learn lots of knowledge. So, I choose this way to cover my tuition and fees.

    Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that wasting has been a grave problem with which we are confronted. Taking a look around, we can find examples too numerous to list: in the dining hall, much food are left in the plates and dumped into the trash can; in the classroom, blank pieces of paper are left on the desks; in the dorm building, taps are left open and water left running all the time.

    Wasting is bound to generate several consequences if we keep turning a blind eye to it. First and foremost, it put strains on the already short supply of food ,water , electricity and the like. Besides, it goes against traditional virtual of hard work and simple living and may lead to a luxurious life style, which is dangerous to the souls of mankind.

    In view of the seriousness of this problem, effective measures must be taken before things getting worse. First, it is essential that regulations be worked out and enforced to ban wasting. Secondly, students should be educated to enhance their awareness of saving resources. With proper laws and an alert public, it will be a matter of time for wasting to become a thing of the past.

 My View on Opportunity

When it comes to the view of opportunity, people’s opinions differ a lot. Some think that opportunity is so rare that only the luckiest persons have it. This can be proved by the fact that great successes have been so few as to be counted one’s fingers. Others argue that everyone has opportunity at one time or another in his or her life.

As far as I am concerned, I am for the latter to some extent. As a western saying goes, “Every dog has its day,” there are opportunities for everybody. In fact, we can not find anyone in this world who never has his chance to succeed during his life. Those who claim that they have been out of luck can not recognize or make good use of opportunity. We should know that who seizes the right moment is the right man. If a farmer did not sow his seeds in spring, he would be unlikely to get crops in autumn. If Helen Keller had refused her teacher’s help, she might have been as ignorant as any other inborn blind.

In a word, in my opinion, everyone has his opportunity and can make use of it. Those who take advantage of it succeed. So I believe the proverb: “Opportunity are only for the prepared minds.”

    Green campus has a common thing among students in our society, which gives rise to many attentions. Almost everyday,newspapers carry articles pretaining to creat a green campus.Therefore ,it is of great value for us to creat a green campus.
