The next day is coming, we have been ready to start at 10:00,but she worried about asking some technical questions and professional questions .That will give a bad impression on them. She is with entanglements for it. As a matter of fact, there is no need to consider so much. If the foreigners were waiting for us for one more hour in international airport, they thought we have no time conception. At last, we start to take the subway in place of driving the car because of busy traffic at 11:30.When I took the subway, the foreigner called me for a few times, but I couldn’t answer the phone because of telling a lie to him. I made a decision to tell him for true condition. Two hours later, we arrived in Shanghai pudong international airport. I immediately call him for getting the exact position_ come near departure gate No.22(the 2^nd airport terminal).I forward them and shake hands. But I only shake hands by my left hand because of getting my mobile phone in my right hand. I know it made a mistake. I think the foreigner shouldn’t mind it.

   After taking an order(sandwich and coffee), we start to cut down to business. He asked the following questions:

1.     Whether supply the extrusion line to India and other countries?

We don’t export the extrusion line to India, but they visited our factory in February from India. They have been studying the quotation. But we export our machines to Nigeria and Bangladesh.

2.     How many containers to be required for 630MT extrusion press?

It depend on the machines. Generally speaking,6 containers to be enough.

But as for big type of machines, that will need 7 containers. Besides, if the machines exceed the height of the standard container. Open top container to be required. Exact containers need to be calculated.

3.    Wrannaty period of machines? Parts?

For one year, we send some free parts for half year in warranty period.

We are not responsible for the following items:Die barrel, die sleeve.die pad. extrusion rod. extrusion mat. heating wire. sealing ring. tool. scissor slice,

4.     What we quoted is FOB Shanghai, but he let us quote CIF Shanghai, is it ok?

I want to know the reason.CIF included the shipping cost and insurance fee and cost. It becomes complex for adding other costs. It is told that he has no money and he must come to China for every month because of sole agent in Qingdao. Therefore let us pay it. At that moment, we start to discuss this thing.

(A)                 If you have no money, how to own two companies?

( B)It is very small.

(A)Though it is like what you said, all in all, you have two factories. Besides, in order to expand the market. You want to buy the machines from China next time. In the meantime, the working capital, labor cost. living expenses .logistics .power….,above those. It need so much money to operate.

One more important point is to come to China every month, round trip air ticket,10,000 for one time,12*10000=120000.If you are in  China, you can buy a car with Nissan brand. The most important is to do business forwarding China.

5.     A)Whether to arrange for the engineers to teach how to operate the machines we supplied?

(B)There is no doubt for it. We offer the free train for 15 days .Now that you have aluminum extrusion factory, you also have operators and technical engineers, your operators can teach your friend how to operate it?

(A)It is impossible. In reality, it is our duty for teaching how to operate it.

6.(A) Could your engineers speak in English?

(B)A little bit of English, only daily communication. He said to teach them English. They couldn’t speak in English. That is very difficult to talk regarding things. In order to let them feel free to this matter. I will go to your country for this.

 FURTHER CONCLUSION FOR MY CARRER AND MY WEALTH

To make a conclusion, this is the 5^th reception from the foreign customers in this company. From learning the product to be familiar with the products, it takes me more time to study the production line process.

But I am satisfied with my current job, which could increase the infinite pleasure .One hand, it complies with my major what I studied. The other hand, I always talk to the foreigners during the working .Either face to face or Skype. E-mail.MSN. yahoo messenger. Trade manager…. It seems that I am around the foreign countries. I get more experience and negotiation skills while talk to the foreigners. Especially. I like they are with easygoing, mild. humor,enthuisastic heart. No matter what’s the condition, they are positive in treating what they met the problem in calm mind. I appreciate this point with high efficiency working and rigorous style. The key point is to be reliable ,building the trust .honest among of them. I like to depend on myself for all things. But when I meet the difficulties, I pour out my intimate feelings to my intimate friends. For example;

1.Mr parvin-he is my approved father, who owned the two companies in foreign country. One more point to be ignored that he has rich experience and business skills. No matter what I asked, he answer the questions what I did in positive and good attitude with be patience immediately. He always expresses wonderful sentences to greet to me every working morning.( Leave something for someone but never leave someone for

something becuz..... in life something will leave you but someone will

always be with you ....Good morning...)This is only one sentence all of them.

He never complained about hard working career under pressure. There is a good impression on me. I will learn more about it from him.

2.Mr Shahid, who is specialized in teaching postgraduate. When I am on line on Skype, We practice oral English for 1 hour per day when I am free. We discuss the founder of China –Maozhedong. He told me the culture . commercial manner. the places of interest .imported products(vegetables. fruit. machines. car. hardware…)in his country. He also always makes a smile with good mood to overcome the hardship in current condition. In reality, My thoughts can be broaden when I share different ideas for certain thing with others at certain time. There is good opportunity to talk to each other.

1.     Richard(Zhanghuajun)-who know him in English corner. We have been knowing for 4 years.As the saying goes , it is easy for people to affect from the environment. Good environment can change a person in good condition. Besides, I am also affected by haim whom is humor. kind-hearted. clever. strong judgment .Which let me be ambitious to do what I like with the courage. It is appreciated him to do anything for me. I never forget what he did to let me become more stronger and more confident. I wish he can be the same as active. cheerful .happy without sentimentality in the following days. He always cares about others not consider himself all the time. As a matter of fact, everyone has their own bitterness in true life, but the most important is to our attitude for our life. No matter what to be given to us in our life, we need to learn how to accept and deal with it in good method. That will let it out and relax for our tight mind. All in all, he can be more happily, less depression what I except.

2.     Zhangxiaowei, who is my approved young brother. Even if he is younger than me. So many things to be done by himself with independent mind and hard working attitude. As for his dream, the complete plan to be done. Never give up the dream, the famous university is his goal .I firmly believe that he could realize his dream and be successful in doing something. I am motivated what you did for me.

It is informed that I like to eat red bayberry. there is no doubt to buy the red bayberry for me in Jiangxi. He let his classmates to help for this matter. It is a pity that the red bayberry will go bad. He gave up buying it. Therefore, he planned to buy special goods to send me in place of red bayberry. I think there is no necessary to buy them in Jiangxi. He felt guilty for not buying the red bayberry because making the promise to me. He started to look for it and let his classmates forward the supermarket. Suddenly, one call is coming, his classmates were finding red bayberry in the market.
