Ⅰ. crazy “發(fā)狂的、糊涂的、狂熱的”常指由于憂慮、悲傷、欣喜、渴望、激動等某種
強烈的情緒而引起的一種心神錯亂、失去控制的精神狀態(tài)。如：
1 He was crazy with joy. 他欣喜若狂。
2 You are crazy to do such a thing. 你干這樣的事真糊涂。
3 The boy is crazy on (or about) skating. 那孩子對溜冰著了迷。
Ⅱ.mad “發(fā)狂的、發(fā)瘋的”通常指精神狂亂完全不能自我控制的一種病態(tài)。在口語中它
也表示由于某種強烈的情緒而失常。如：
1 The poor fellow ismad. 這個可憐的人是瘋子。
2 The dog has gone mad. 這條狗瘋了。
3 This worry is enough to drive me mad. 這煩惱足以使我發(fā)狂。
4 He ismad about the stage. 他迷戀于舞臺生活。
