投稿地址：http://ees.

1、              找到你想投稿的期刊，比如，thermochimica acta

2、              注冊(cè)，點(diǎn)擊register 即可按照提示進(jìn)行注冊(cè)，注冊(cè)完成后，會(huì)給你注冊(cè)時(shí)填寫的你的郵件里返回一個(gè)你的注冊(cè)賬號(hào)和密碼。（因此，你在注冊(cè)時(shí)候，你的常用郵件地址一定要填寫正確?。?/p>

3、              根據(jù)你的注冊(cè)號(hào) 就可以 log in 了，如下圖界面，點(diǎn)擊log in進(jìn)入。

5、點(diǎn)擊 Author Login 出現(xiàn)如下界面：

6、點(diǎn)擊 Submit New Manuscript, 進(jìn)入如下界面：

7、選擇論文類型，Choose Article Type,

   一般選 full length article

然后 next

8\ 進(jìn)入如下界面，填寫論文題目：然后next

9\ 如下界面是添加作者：

這里注意：如果作者有多個(gè)，要依次 Add author,

這里要指定 corresponding author (通訊作者)，如果通訊作者是投稿者本人的話，則全部投稿完畢后，在你自己的郵件里會(huì)看到投稿信息，或者你重新log in期刊主頁(yè)時(shí)，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)稿件處理情況。但是如果投稿者本人不是通訊作者的話，你投稿完成后，上述信息會(huì)看不到。因?yàn)橹挥型ㄓ嵶髡卟拍芘c期刊編輯聯(lián)系。

如果需要變更作者順序 的話，可以根據(jù)頁(yè)面上的指示箭頭調(diào)整。

10、上述所有作者添加完畢后，進(jìn)入以下頁(yè)面：

選擇投稿的領(lǐng)域。

11、以下為填寫投稿摘要：

12、然后進(jìn)入填寫文章關(guān)鍵詞，keywords

13、以下頁(yè)面是，Suggest Reviewers

  就是讓你自己推薦幾個(gè)審稿人，一般至少要有三個(gè)人。

14、之后，進(jìn)入Attach file , 就是讓你把文章有關(guān)的文件上傳：

一般包括了一下幾項(xiàng)（可以在item里選擇后依次上傳）：

(1)Cover Letter ，關(guān)于cover letter 的寫法，網(wǎng)上很多。

(2)Manuscript ，就是文章的原稿，有一定的格式要求，但不要求嚴(yán)格排版，見另一篇博文，manuscript 參考格式

(3)Figures (if any) ，文章的圖稿，一般為eps和tiff格式的，拒絕接受jpg格式的，具體圖片生成方法，可以見本博客的其他文章：autocad 生成tiff 文件的方法，

如果是數(shù)據(jù)坐標(biāo)圖，建議用origin 軟件生成比較好。

Origin 軟件在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上可以下載，如果找不到，可以給博主發(fā)郵件，我會(huì)盡快回復(fù)。

(4)Tables (if any)，文章的表格。

15\ 按照上述界面要求 Attach file 完畢后，進(jìn)入以下界面：

16、點(diǎn)擊 Build PDF for my Approval , 生成PDF文件。然后進(jìn)入以下界面：

17、點(diǎn)擊 Submissions Waiting for Author's Approval，

  進(jìn)入以下界面，

18、以上界面中，Action links 可以展開看看，里面包括以下幾項(xiàng)：

19、在以上展開的Action links 里，view submission , 就是下載看看你自己上傳的東東，也可以重新對(duì)你自己上傳的東西再一次進(jìn)行，edit submission,

當(dāng)然比較主要的是，要看看，view artwork quality results , 就是要看看系統(tǒng)對(duì)你長(zhǎng)傳的東東進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)(一般主要檢查你上傳的圖片格式，分辨率等。)，點(diǎn)擊view artwork quality results，后，會(huì)出現(xiàn)如下界面:

20、如果上述界面中，出現(xiàn)pass ,說明上傳的東東還不錯(cuò)，好了，初步大功告成。

Close 該界面，返回。

21、點(diǎn)擊Action links 分項(xiàng)里的 Approve submission,

進(jìn)入如下界面：

22、點(diǎn)擊，確定，進(jìn)入如下界面：

23、出現(xiàn)以上界面說明投稿初步完成。

24、點(diǎn)擊main menu ,可以回到如下界面，看到稿件處理進(jìn)行進(jìn)度：

當(dāng)然，你如果不是通訊聯(lián)系人的話，這個(gè)界面你自己是看不到的，只有通訊聯(lián)系人才能看到如下這個(gè)界面：

上述投稿完成后，等幾天，或者更長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，編輯部會(huì)有反饋意見，如果，稿件格式方面有問題，會(huì)建議你修改有重新投稿，當(dāng)你再次投稿的時(shí)候，一定不要忘記把修改答復(fù)（即：Responses to Technical Check Results）在一并上傳。

一般初次投稿，編輯部反饋回來的常見意見有：

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not

 meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors

 and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

2) Abstract should be within 100-150 words. Your abstract is more than 150 words.

3) should be in single column format with 1.5 line spacing.

4) All sections and subsections should be clearly sequentially numbered.

5) References should be cited sequentially in text. Also please note that reference15

 provided in the manuscript is not cited in the text.

6) Reference list must conform strictly to the guide for authors. For journal articles,

please adhere to the following order: initials followed by surname, abbreviated journal

name, volume/issue number, year in parenthesis and page span.

7) Pages should be numbered

當(dāng)你按照上述修改要求，修改完畢后，需要給編輯部回復(fù)（上傳的方式）一個(gè)叫做“Responses to Technical Check Results”的文件，其寫法一般如下，供參考：
