如何更改OUTLOOK的默認數(shù)據(jù)文件夾

Outlook默認的數(shù)據(jù)文件放在C:\Documents and Settings\（用戶名）\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst 最討厭把重要的東西放在C盤了，要是重裝系統(tǒng)一格盤，八成要漏掉一些要備份的重要數(shù)據(jù)，所以堅決要改到別的路徑。 步驟： 1、控制面板－郵件－顯示配置文件－屬性－數(shù)據(jù)文件－添加－（自己建一個新的數(shù)據(jù)文件，放在E盤，比如）注意，建好數(shù)據(jù)文件以后最好設(shè)置其名稱，比如“fyc”，不要用默認的“個人文件夾”，免得到后面混淆－關(guān)閉。 2、打開outlook。工具－電子郵件賬戶－查看或更改現(xiàn)有電子郵件帳戶－下一步－將新電子郵件投遞到下列位置，選擇剛才的“fyc”。搞定。
